It's fantastic to see my children encouraging each other. Josie showed Luke her spaceship she had just made out of lego. Luke was playing on the computer. Instead of saying, "go away I'm busy," he exclaimed, "WOW! that's super cool!" Josie was so happy with this. Then Luke said to Josie, "Look what I'm making," pointing to the computer. Josie replied, "WOW! that's cool!" Josie was so happy with Luke's encouragment that it enabled her to encourage him back.
God must get so proud of us when he sees us encourage one another and the knock-on effect that takes place. I'm so proud of my children and even more so when they love each other. God loves us so much that it's so important to him how we are with one another. Let's look out for one another and show we genuinely care.

It's great to read your testimonies of God at work in your family Judith. Keep up the great blogging :-)
There was revelation in that story about your kids and you just broke it down for us.There is a preacher inside of you.
I love your kids. I can't wait until they are old enough for Kids Club! :)
That is so true Judith, it is so amazing as a mother to see your children encouraging one another, even more amazing for God to see His children encouraging each other. You've definitely challenged me to be more encouraging.
It's great when adults look at children and learn not lecture. In Mark 10:13-16 (some of my favourite verses even though not in Epehsians!) Jesus said and did something specifically to remind us that we have as much to learn from them as we do teach them. Encouragement is like oxygen - very hard to live without! Thanks for encouraging us to encourage.
We are so proud of our grandchildren. They have such wonderful parents (of course we're biased!). The key is love - they are so loving because they are loved. They are loved because you are loved. If only the whole world knew the love of God. That would be "Super cool"!
do you know what Judith? You are SUPER COOL!
